High School
INNOVATE Albion programs help students learn how to solve complex problems, communicate under pressure, manage responsibilities, collaborate with people who think differently, and keep improving when the first solution doesn’t work. They develop the technical capabilities employers need alongside the confidence, leadership, responsibility, and teamwork that help turn those capabilities into careers.
These capabilities include:
- FIRST® Robotics Competition
- Advanced STEM and engineering experiences
- Programming and technology
- Industry mentorship
- Collaborative problem-solving
- Leadership and communication development
- Career exploration and internship opportunities
- Connections to regional manufacturing and technology careers
